One day at a time

Sycamore

Sycamore Gap on the World Heritage Site, Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland, UK. I haven’t visited here for three years. A large number of intricately assembled piles of stones, or cairns, have been built with great skill and tenacity. Like them or loathe them I thought I’d focus on this cairn with the famous and iconic tree behind.
The extra is of an attractive house which can be rented as holiday accommodation from the National Trust.
