The Chubby Hubby. (Bo'ness, foot of Castlehill)

Now I am not often found frequenting burger vans but yesterday evening I was down the rabbit hole that is the internet and came across rave reviews for this one. A lunchtime visit was on the cards. A cheese, bacon, burger with chipotle, ketchup and sweet pickled red onion, tomato with a wee bit salad leaves. All on a steamed brioche bun. Fantastically unctuous - definitely a three napkin job. You know it is a great burger when you get sauce in your lugs.
