More Graffiti Art From 'Scrabble Man'

So while heading to St.Leonards this afternoon I took a little detour to get a Blip of another one of 'Scrabble Mans' Art Pieces that are dotted about the Town.See this previous blip for more info. As for the Stencil Piece underneath ,not sure if the Balloon has been added at a later date seeing as the balloon string isn't the same standard as the rest of the stencil....but I'm not here to Judge..There is a Stencilled Horse next to these two pieces but that's for another blip another time.
