Anyone for tennis?

Not quite such an early start as Rachel got up with Lando. Spent the morning doing some housework and ironing. In the afternoon I had an appointment at St John's hospital. I left in plenty of time however the only car park was completely full so by the time I got a space I was very hot and bothered! 
In brief I had a hysteroscopy resulting in the removal of two polyps. I have had excellent care from the NHS since I first saw my GP earlier this year and hopefully that is everything sorted now.
When I got home I sat in the garden and Rachel and Lando joined me as it had brightened up by then.
