St. Lucian Police marching band

Today while in the capital we came across what we thought was just a police marching band, but turned out to be a march by children celebrating the power and benefits of reading. You cannot see the kids in this shot... But believe me they were having fun taking part in what was no doubt their first peaceful street protest!!!
