Peculiar

A most peculiar day!  It's to complicated to explain in a way everyone understands but in short the last two years of work ( for me and many other retailers) have just been thrown in the bin. It's so demotivating for the 100+ people working on the project and has wasted a massive amount of money. And I mean massive.

The peculiar bit was that while this was happening I was sitting in a workshop with a load of other retailers discussing how the next phase could successfully be delivered.  Mild hysteria is about the only was I can describe the room after we all heard the news.

Lots of replanning to be done in the next week.
