The Battle of Largs (1st - 3rd Oct 1263) was a decisive battle between the Kingdoms of Norway and Scotland, which ended nearly 500 years of Norse dominance in Scotland, despite being tremendously outnumbered. Vikingar! not only celebrates the Scottish victory but also commemorates the influence the Vikings had on Scottish history, heritage and culture.
