Fishing

Today was the day I prep for tomorrow's c'oscopy. I'm very aneamic again and the doctor wants to know why.

I've been warned by K about the awfulness of the prep.
I've been following the dietary advice for a few days  - living on jelly and custard pretty much.

Update - the warning was accurate. I hope I never have to to this again.
