I was at the gym really early (for me) this morning, and I was chatting to a lady who I met many years ago, when we started at a referral class. I had done most of my work by the time the others arrived., so I had more time to chat. I  walked into town afterwards, and  looked  around the charity shops in Bridgend , but they are not as good as the ones in Cowbridge. I even arrived too early at the bus station, and I was glad to see the bus when it arrived, on time, which was good. J is cleaning the rest of the drive this afternoon, so I am staying out of the way.
