Barden

Finding new places to venture with Little Dog, today's choice was Barden and a stretch of river I've never set foot on before.  They're only short outings but it was another thoroughly enjoyable one with a dipper, common sandpipers, ducklings, sand martins and this little egret.  Had a chat with a lovely man who'd brought his chair to watch the dippers.

Little Dog is eating again. She usually has a piece of kibble when she comes back in from the garden.  Last night, after refusing kibble for the last three weeks, she had 55!  Hopefully, she'll get some weight back.
