Very crafty

Caught the bus from CK to BT. Bavers was waiting for me at the bus stop. We did a detour to the Rowcroft Hospice charity shop where an old work colleague was was working, covering for holiday. A lovely surprise.
Next The Contempary Craft Fair.... It was warming up so we had a coffee then entered the marquee. So many talented craftspeople, plenty of temptations, but did'nt make any purchases. By 1.30 it was roasting under the canvass, so we retreated to the shade of a tree & ate our pack lunches. Beautiful knitwear, silver jewellery, clothes, & ceramics. I had a chat with a guy about a billhook for coppicing, he lives locally so will be in touch later in the year. Bavers was tempted by a favourite potters work but now she is retired felt £175 was a tad extravagant for a candlestick.
We left the craft fair & toddled across to MAKE to look at the Summer exhibition before being dropped back to CK to collect my car.
