Furrow orb weaver spider (Larinioides cornutus)

Been out of circulation for a few days after a session with my osteopath !! 
They do say you might feel it the next day, but 3 days !! I did mention that the top of my spine had been playing up and did mention that the MRI scan 11 years ago had mentioned degeneration at the top ! So 2 nights being unable to get comfortable !Think I will tell her to give that a miss next time !! It has eased off now so hope to get a good nights sleep tonight.
The spider was seen at Fiskerton fen reserve , good to finally get out and about, did also have a short walk along the Water rail cycle path at 5 mile bridge.
