I always enjoy a walk around here so I went after dinner in neighbouring Koukaki. A simple taverna with home cooking where I went a few times before I moved. I was welcomed back by the young waiter then offered dessert in the kitchen while I had a chat with his mother, who is also the cook. She’s exhausted from cooking! Nice not to work on a Friday night!
