Citizen Kane (1941)

I never really know if this has been over rated, i guess if you are going to be a number of critics choice for a title, of all time best film, then you are either going to agree blindly, or actually look to find fault.

Then my counterpoint to that is, we are watching it out of its time frame, and at the time it had an number of elements in the narrative and cinematography that had never seen before....Still i remain unsure.
