Western Rosella

This is the first time I’ve ever photographed one of these glorious Rosellas and I have it on good authority that the Western Rosella is endemic to Western Australia.  Mauzee pointed out the pair of them sitting in a small peppermint tree just outside the office window.  Very exciting to be introduced to a new variety of my feathered friends.
