May challenge day 30: Calm

Didn't have time today to go out and blip, so I had to figure out something calm indoors. This is a yantra mat that helps calm down and relax and it also improves sleep. It's based on acupressure and just 20 minutes on the mat makes you feel like new person. Although it looks like a torture devise, it doesn't hurt and I often fell asleep on it.
