Sunday Run

I went early.

It was still too hot.
I was slow, because it was too hot.

Ran topless for some of the way as I was the only fool out. 

Had a diversion because of cows with their calves, and then a stop to look after a lost dog.

The can of San Pellegrino from the butchers at the end was wonderful.

I love grapefruit juice me.
