On the way home . . .

. . . went to Eastbourne today to pick up the new Dyson, the motor having packed up on the old one. We checked online for prices but surprisingly the cheapest option was to buy from Argos and pick up. Funny how this rather tired chain still managed to survive the "death of the High Street".

On the way home drove over Beach Head and stopped in the rain to capture the subtle tones of the landscape in this photograph. The Beachy Head Chaplaincy car was parked next to me and the driver was out on patrol looking for "jumpers".
