Found one!

The storm passed us by tonight so no luck on the rainbow front there but, this pregnant green dock beetle (I think) did me proud.  It doesn't actually have blue on it but I think it must be a reflection of the sky.

One day, I might visit Snowdon again and see if I can find Beetle No. 3 in this list - that would be pretty awesome.  A real rainbow beetle!
