Nature’s Art Work…..

This beautiful display of nature’s art work can be viewed from a footbridge at the junction of a stream flowing from Pollard Park into the Taylor River. Maisie is particularly fond of oak trees….. she forages for acorns then eats them. She and I walked a little later today. A very frosty morning. Maisie had some fun racing around with some doggie friends. That warmed her up!
Our family had a very busy morning. Duncan dug over the vegetable patch amongst other things. He, Alex and Hannah (and Kevin their cat) departed for homes in the Nelson area via the Wairau Valley and Tophouse route. Alex accidentally left an important laptop bag behind. We contacted them and then Margaret and I drove up the valley and met them at the Waihopai River bridge on their way back. Alex very pleased to get his bag. Margaret and I went to the Vines Village in Rapaura Road for lunch. We the returned to town and visited our magnificent, recently completed and opened library complex. … A huge asset for Marlborough.
