Simple

For today's theme of "simplicity," I give you this little bowl decorated with reliefs of fruit.  I believe I had it before I moved to Seattle 38 years ago and it was one of a set of four, of which there is only one other left.  Given how fragile it is, that's amazing.

The cleaners were here today and then I had to go out to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription.  That used up my energy for the day.  Tomorrow Doug will take me to get my kidney labs, so I can get my long-overdue EPO shot on Thursday.
