Anemone sylvestris

Appearing in many of the flowerbeds along the suburban Newtown roads. Pretty displays in the winter. Newtown used to be home to a brickworks and the beds in our suburb are all lined with bricks in recognition. When we moved into our house here I dug up 52 buried bricks for my first tiny garden....
