To pack or not to pack...

House nearly done and estate agent coming on Tuesday to take photos however...have read quite a few articles on selling your house and the whole "less is more" seems to be the theme.
So, i'm left wondering whether to pack or not to pack the books away :-(
I feel I can't pull of the "minimal" look and can only do the "lived in" look! Hmph!
