Greenwich: Greylag Goose and Gosling

More Anatidal in large

I met Tom at Deptford and we ambled along to Greenwich to see what we could see. I photographed Deptford Creek, then was pleased to find a Thames-side goose crèche: there were Canada geese with a couple of downy goslings, and a greylag family with several large juveniles all foraging on the riverbank.
