Petunia

This petunia is in one of the pots that I am having to water every evening. It makes a change from the usual pinks and purples. We have had a rumble of thunder today, but no rain.
While it was hot outside, it was cool in the sitting room this afternoon where we played Mahjong. N brought the ladies a cool drink to welcome them, but they still welcomed the usual tea and cake later on.
Son J’s birthday today and I had a good phone call this afternoon.
