Golden Light…..

…… on the distant Wither Hills on today’s frosty morning.
As high pressure hovers over most of New Zealand, the frosts intensify. There have been some magnificent hoar frosts in Central Otago and the McKenzie Country. Beautiful images are cropping up on social media.
Margaret and I walked into town at lunchtime and had lunch at the CBD Cafe. Lovely food and plenty of choices. We walked home again . So I have walked over 10 kms today. I drove to the airport later in the afternoon . I left her there to read her Kindle while waiting for her flight back to Wellington. I will miss her company. Another chilly evening.
