Sky on fire

We've had another stunning sunset after a hot but not unpleasantly hot day with the temperature around 24C.

Tonight some very old friends came around whom we hadn't seen for years. And for once we could confidently eat outside- a rare occurence in Scotland.
Its been a day of catching up with admin in readiness for a weekend of Open Studios. I was going to visit some studios but the lure of the garden proved too much.
