I did a little too much in the heat today, as after Keep Fit I had to go to the town centre as I was in need of a gift.  Managed to find something suitable, and then picked up a prescription at the Pharmacy and then  the ingredients for tonight's dinner.  Doesn't sound a lot but I didn't stop for coffee and I was badly in need of a drink when I got home.

The lounge was cooler than out of doors, so I had lunch there while I read the paper.

Later there was a very pleasant little breeze, and we sat out on the deck for a while, before Bob did some watering.

The tomato plants are growing well, with lots of flowers now.
