Banded Demoiselle (Calopteryx splendens), a male

I'm hoping the identification is correct. I don't often see these more turquoise insects, but it did look wonderful. It only landed for a couple of seconds so I was lucky to get a picture. The plant it landed on was growing out of a ditch containg a small stream flowing down the valley.
