Reach for the sky

Another trip to London for physiotherapy. My Technical Instructor (!) was in good form and gave me more exercises. These were part of the exercise plan I was given after my stoma surgery. I found them almost impossible then, but a few years later and I can attempt some of them.
He also mentioned an event coming up on Sunday - The Cancer Unit Fun Day. While I have been very happy with my Cancer Unit experience, I have difficulty with "cancer unit" and "fun day" in the same sentence.
The Shard was impressive as ever today, but the air conditioning in the gym and on the train home was even more impressive.
