Louth Distillery.

I went to a very enjoyable gin tasting evening at a local Distillery. Some of you may have heard of Pin Gin that was created and is still made in Louth at this Distillery.
Amazing machinery that distills the gin and lots of botanicals that you can add to the gin. Tonight was a tasting evening but you can go and make your own gin!!
