We were only gone 11 days but things in the garden have really grown while we were away. The lilacs are done and now there are other flowers blooming. Love this time of year!  This morning was spent finishing the emptying of our kitchen cabinets. Tomorrow they will be taken out. The afternoon was taking my mother to an appointment and then dinner out with her. Dad is still in the hospital and we hope she wasn’t contagious. She has no symptoms and we couldn’t really say no to taking her out to appointment as it was booked awhile ago. Dad is improving and sounds much better.
