As my Bowl of Beauty Peony clearly wasn't happy in its pot, I transplanted it into a border and its now rewarding me with two flowers and four buds still to flower.    Hoping it will carry on thriving.
We had a light shower of rain during the afternoon, I stopped cutting the river bank and got the washing in by which time it had virtually stopped, but it is a more comfortable temperature today.   Thunderstorms are forecast for tomorrow, if the BBC weather forecast is to be believed.
