The A9

In an attempt to escape the weather we registered at the Inverness climbing wall and went for a wee boulder this morning.  They had recently run a competition and the problems were still up, so P made his way around the comp problems whilst I did some easier ones.  

Headed into town for lunch and enjoyed the newly opened food court in the Victorian market which had a great variety of options from caught-this-morning seafood, to a bakery, salad and smoothie bar, sushi, a boozy bar and tasty vegan food.  To finish off the day we took a wander around the local nature reserve, blipped the A9 bridge and warily watched the encroaching storm make it's way over Inverness.  Then it was another evening of storm watching from the cottage!
