Sunset and poppies

This morning I baked the sourdough and Moreen made Danish pastries, I had to help a bit as she has trouble rolling pastry these days.
As soon as we finished we got ready to go and see S for a pre birthday get together. We had a great afternoon eating and chatting  with friends.
Got home about 6 then helped Deb to sow annual flower seeds around her lawn. It is a bit late but hopefully if we get the promised  rain tomorrow they should make a nice show in late summer.
We had quite a shower at s house this afternoon but just a few drops at home.
