Way Dynamic - Just Begun

I spent the day doing chores and time with myself. Not sure if that’s a bad thing but I know that this isolation is self-inflicted and not mentally healthy in the long run. Went out but didn’t listen to music the whole day, just listened to the streets and sounds of the city.

I haven’t drunk any alcohol since May 28. I’m really happy that I no longer end all my nights drinking without friends. It’s no solution nor are problems gone, they still need to be dealt with. This time with courage, not the liquid kind.
