Meadow visit yesterday, garden visit today

Taken in my garden today.  I often see friends showcasing their gardens on FB and at about this time of year I try and make a record of the summer garden.  The alliums are already past their best, though a different variety are beginning to come into bud.

We had heavy rain and a thunderstorm around about 4am and the front garden has taken more of a battering than the back - different planting may account for that so I concentrated on the back today.
