The Pepsi building, NE Sandy Blvd.

I noticed the last time we were up that the Pepsi building was no longer part of Pepsi and something was happening with the site.  I was relieved to note that the very distinctive mid-century curved/arched part of the building was being kept intact - I think it's probably due to the historic nature of it, but I haven't checked the register.  I used to walk by this cool building regularly when we lived in Portland and I always really liked it.  I am no longer in the loop on the goings on so when we went past it today I rememberred to look up what's has been happening with the site.
