What a great day....

on the canal (or the cut - as us Black Country folk call them).

Gemma got me this experience for my Birthday some time ago and as it was my birthday again last month we thought we better cash it in.

We had perfect weather and Gemma, Claire and myself had a good laugh on the water and enjoyed the lovely peaceful Stafforshire waterways.

I needed this after Orla's swimming lesson which was very hard going as she was a little sh*te during the whole class.

After we finished the kayaking session we went to the pub for a late lunch/early dinner.

I started watching Tour De France: Unchained what an amazing series.
