STONE CIRCLE

Someone has been modifying the sea defences beside the promenade between Hartlepool and Seaton Carew. I suspect some sort of superglue or cunning equivalent has been used. It will be in danger from the incoming tide at dawn on the Solstice next week so any revellers may be getting their feet wet.
