Little Feller and Big Misty Landscapes

Our last day with Kevin in Anglesey, though we are staying on for an extra day before making our way south and stopping in Sutton once more.  It was a little sad seeing him drive off - he is such good company.   The campsite has a little café which being out of high season, apparently opens only on Sunday morning.  We made the most of that and had English breakfasts delivered to the table outside the van which was very civilised.
We then continued on to Cemaes Bay, which had very little beach because of high tide and more importantly, didn’t have a café!  So we drove over to Church Bay where we paddled and I reverted to my 12 year old self and lifted rocks in rock pools to find a crab and this little feller.  He looks like he could take me on if I’d tried to catch him so I left him in peace.

After a little refreshment we drove back and saw the view of Holy Island over the low clouds - you can just see the ferry through the cloud.

The evening was spent mainly with me cooking a small leg of lamb in the Black Knight’s oven with patatas bravas and green beans and samphire.  Now we are relaxing for the evening before hopefully a good nights sleep
