There's a local trampolining unit for children, 5 minutes from my daughter's, and the first hour is a much quieter, less crowded session for children with all types of disabilities and their families. Josh is autistic and benefits from the more relaxed atmosphere, and he and Thomas spent more or less the whole hour bouncing. My daughter and I bounced a little more than necessary, but we knew when to stop!

Before going home the boys had a go on the air hockey pitch, they've almost got the hang of it although Thomas rather liked scoring own goals!

My drive home later was okay, with rain becoming more frequent the nearer I got to home which saved me watering. I picked the first raspberries and several mangetout peas.
