we went to pennan to watch local hero in the village hall for the 40th anniversary of the film. it was great, and strangely emotional! what a beautiful evening - we hung around watching the sunset and the sea from the harbour wall for as long as we could before tiredness set in. just ace…and made us excited for summer hols.
