Weta

I think this is a tree weta. I found it on the front door step looking a bit worse for wear so I put it in a container thinking it wouldn't be alive in the morning but when I came to tip it out of the container to set it up for a photo it clung to the side for all it was worth. Hopefully its still alive somewhere in the tree I released it in. 
The extra is a very poor image showing the whole insect - minus its very long feelers which wouldn't fit in the frame..
