The continuing saga of roadworks!

Blipfoto does not really lend itself to telling picture stories, but I am using it for this purpose anyway.  Some weeks back I displayed road closure signs, well this is an extension of that story.  It's not often you get to walk down the main road and not worry about traffic - there is none, due to road resurfacing work.  So this collection just covers what I encounters on my walk, it was just over a 2 miles return journey.  I was told that they lay in excess of 200 metres of tarmac daily.  It will be nice to drive on it when it's finished.  Our roads are in a terrible state!
