anti ice blanket

I know it's cooling down today, but maybe this is a bit exaggerated in summer? ;-P
Not sure what the neighbors are expecting, but maybe they are wishful thinking?

(Temperature was dropping from 28C to 23C in an hour with rain and thunder.)
