We have had fantastic hot weather and it's great to have the sun but the heat we have here at the moment is too hot and we are not used to it.

Unfortunately In this case due to my MS I am finding the heat way too hot and I struggle with it when it's lik this. I love th sun but not when it's too hot and feel like I am overheating despite how much water I drink.
