Out of a jar

It's too convenient not to.
I'd used the chicken I'd defrosted yesterday, so pork it was going to be.

15 minutes later, pork tikka with mango chutney, cauliflower rice.  Frying up the pappadums, (there seems to be several ways of spelling that), always makes me nervous because the oil is so hot, thankfully, I only need to do 3 of them.

Earlier, I had struggled through some new software and came to the conclusion that note taking may be a sensible thing to do in the future.


Ah well...
