All-day training course on how to use the helpdesk system. The system we are going to use looks much better than what we had in Edinburgh and does lots of interesting stuff. But it is also well complex. The trainer did well, but it was really tough. Went for a walk along the canal at lunch time and found this expired June beetle (Amphimallon solstitiale) and firebug nymph (Pyrrhocoris apterus). At some stage I need to look into macro options for the wee camera.
