Remember when I was complaining about losing my spade?

In Russia someone with sole custody of a child can't be drafted. An intercepted call showed that some Russians are considering leaving their spouses and having sole custody of children in order to avoid being drafted. 

The UK says that Russia is putting significant resources into Crimea. Russia invaded Crimea in 2014 and losing it would be the greatest sign that this recent invasion is an unmitigated disaster. I don't think Putin could find a way to sugar coat it. 

Three drones were shot down in the Moscow region. They were suspected of attacking a military warehouse.
